Let’s say you have a 5 gallon bucket with only one drop of molasses in the bottom. Let’s say you turned that bucket upside down and you can’t leave the bank until that one drop of molasses runs down the side of that bucket and hits the ground. Just FYI. Don’t go if ur in a rush !
Absolute worst bank ever. And corporate is even less help than the branch. They have no customer service skills at all and cant answer any questions you may have but they will talknover you as you ask them. Been spun in circles for 2 weeks now about an account they closed without even notifying us which they admit was never supposed to be closed in the first place it was a misunderstanding on their part. Worst bank I have EVER dealt with. No Customer Service, lack of competent officers, everything falls onto 1 teller. We have been back 3 times to replace debit cards and have not been successful. Time to find a new bank.
