Made my deposit quickly and got change. Speedy and polite employee Patty.
This bank is not open on weekends at any location, and its hours are short during the week. Also, they don’t have many branches. This makes banking for people who have jobs very difficult.
This bank isn’t typically the best and I’ve had several issues with my card, which wasn’t handled the best either, but I’ve met the nicest lady today named Patty! The only good employee interaction I’ve had!
WORST bank ever every 2 months they lock my card and I have to wait for a new one. One time I was even told that they accidentally gave out my account information.
After reading the reviews, there's no way I would recommend this branch to anyone. Earlier today I had suggested that my daughter open an acct there because of the convenience of the location. I went back & told her to forget it because it appears they're racist & rude. I wouldn't be surprised to hear that someone got cussed out in there.
