First national Bank in Holly Springs is the friendliest , most "small town " feel efficient and well-run bank in the area. In particular. Alex goes above and beyond to make your experience seamless and easy. The manager Doug is friendly and knowledgeable and everyone there goes out of their way to make you feel like family. I feel very comfortable having my money, as well as my entire family's money, manager by FNB.
Had my checkbook stolen from my car on Sunday morning and realized it was gone when I got to the bank. Jenna and Alexandra were the nicest most helpful people to get things straightened around..... explained what was happening all the way thru and everything was accomplished before I left.... I have avoided in person banking for years but enjoy going into the branch and would recommend highly!
Went in for work today and was surprised to see how busy it was. There was only two tellers available and we were helped by both of them as our situation was abnormal. Ethan was so kind even after having been so busy all day. The lady we usually meet with was not there this day but the experience was just as smooth.
