The website goes down every day! so frustrating! And branch hours are not practical for working people. Metro was much better.
Horrible customer service. Ask to speak with a branch manager and you get someone who must be trained in talking over people and talking circles. Today it was someone named Amanda. Probably why more and more people are switching to credit unions.
Where is Metro. We have been talking about changing for months. Need to do it!
Terrible customer service ever Changing to another bank -TERRIBLE
This bank has more scheduled maintenance and upgrades then any other bank. Not bad enough they do this but they deny you access to your account completely. You have no way of logging on to get a bank statement or even to see if a check cleared. You can't go to a local branch because they don't have access either. When this was Metro bank whom I was with for years I never had a problem. FNB takes over and it has been nothing but issues since the beginning. I have started looking around for a new bank.
