I'm so sick of the rude customer service. I spoke to a woman today I believe her name was carol or something along those lines... RUDEST woman possible!!! She refused to put me through to management and I'm definitely done with this branch. I will be closing my account tomorrow and moving to a bank that appreciates my business
I'm so irritated with this bank! Started a young savers account for my 9 year old over 5 years ago. She had $200 in it, as of January they started charging her $10 a month, because we haven't used it! Are you kidding!!!! You use my money to make loans, the interest on the account is a joke! and now you want $10 a month! I can't get over there fast enough to close it--and I'll be making sure everyone knows what's happened!! Never there again! NEVER
Metrobank was much better. Now in trying to simplify everything it is more complicated and takes twice as long. Pay for everything too. Hours drastically cut. Nothing special about this operation at all. No reason to stay.
Worst bank I have ever dealt with - management is poor if that is what u want to call it
Don't know how first national is still in business, they need to go back to the ways of commerce and metro
The customer service at this bank is not good. The branch manager, Ryan, does not care about, nor makes any effort to retain long time customers. I have been with this bank since 2004, when it was Commerce and stayed through it becoming Metro. Now that it is FNB, the customer service has dropped down the pit. It is pretty much the worst bank I have ever banked with at this point. I look forward to getting set up with a new bank that cares about the people that bank there. Hello Members 1st!
