I've dealt with Cramer for our business banking at two different businesses now for almost a decade. After getting to know her and the excellent customer support she provides, I will never be using a different bank for my business banking needs as long as she remains at FNB. Her employees also have always been a joy to work with as well. If you need any kind of banking needs for your business, trust someone with many years of experience and look no further.
The worst customer experience I’ve ever received. I went in today to deposit a check, only to be told that since I’ve never deposited a check of that amount that they were going hold my check. I understand there would be some wait time before the funds are available, but the lady who was called over to help, was very rude and condescending. She gave no explanation of the process and basically made me feel as if I was depositing a fraudulent check! I just needed change for a $20 and since I didn't have an account there, they wouldn't give me change. BTW I was greeted with a smile but after they found out I wasn't one of their customers, the smile went away.
