Do not order checks from this bank. Go third part. I was charged $412.00 for 200 business checks and was very surprised when I got the bill. Third party I would have been charged $40.00. I wish she would have told me that this was going to be this much. My fault but damn. $360 extra because I ordered through the bank. Ridiculous.
Great staff and excellent fraud dept! I was with PNC for a long time....until they missed 28 fraudulent transactions in 1 day and I was not notified. I had 1 with FNB and my card was immediately shut down until resolved. Thank you FNB.
I have been with this bank since I’ve been 15. I moved to Florida 4 years ago and I’m still with them. Nicole sprung is a great employee she has worked there for a long time and is so helpful and sweet.
Made a mobile deposit on Friday, September 8th. The check cleared on Saturday, September 9th. Monday, September 11th, I woke up to a negative balance for the exact amount my mobile deposit was for. Called my nearest branch to investigate, and no one could give me a straight answer. Called corporate and found that my PAYCHECK was labeled "fraudulent."
