Wendy is the reason why I do banking at this location. She is always friendly, has helped me flip $ to cds and always asks about my daughter or how the house is coming along. I can not say enough kind words about her! She makes me feel like family!
I tried to obtain information on interest rates and was instructed to make an appointment with the branch manager which I did. I arrived 10 minutes early. She was not in the building, I waited until 10 minutes after my appointment time and she had still not arrived. I was not impressed with the lack of professionalism and disregard of customers time at this branch.
Very nice employees. Friendly and helpful. Helpful and this banks fraud dept took care took care of a hack on my acct instantly.
