Today, I had to do one simple deposit transaction at the Pleasant Hills branch while on my lunch hour. There was only one car with a transaction at each of the 2 drive thru windows when I pulled up, so I assumed I would be able to complete my transaction quickly. It took me a total of 45 minutes! One teller told me that the other 2 tellers each had a business customer that they were working with and she had to take her lunch break. Drove 25 minutes to the closest open branch of FNB of PA. Got in line for the drive-thru. When it was my turn, I drove up to the place where one completes his/her transaction. Not one person greeted me nor asked what they could do for me...which is sort of okay, but through the entire time I was there, the teller never spoke one word to me.-not one. Sent my reciepts back and disappeared from the window. I had a question but with the teller disappearing, I was unable to get an answer.
