This is a great bank! Opened a savings account during COVID because First National was the only bank who was able to provide quarters so I could do laundry! Old fashioned values, friendly tellers, can't say enough good about this bank.

UPDATE: 2/2/2026 Because of this review the bank closed my accounts, which will further hurt me since important bills were scheduled to come out of this account. Chelsea specifically was the one who called, and she refused to answer questions of why, referred me to their lawyer, and hung up once I told her I was recording the call —— So back to this -> Anti-consumer policies are hurting this bank. This is one bank to avoid for many reasons. One red flag is a bank manager explaining that their fees are normal every bank charges them. Which is uninformed and not the case. They also charge up to 15% if you want to pull money from a non-First National bank account. If you are moving here to settle down, there are better options.
