Horrible bank policies. Pure greed and awful management is running this bank into the ground. New VP’s or new ownership please.
Avoid this bank. Trust me. It will not be worth it when you ultimately have to untangle all your other accounts from them. I warned them about their policies. They just don’t care about you unless you’re a big account I guess. They will say they can make it right and there are people you can call and I’m sure they will say to this review “we are so sorry you had a bad experience please let us know how we can, blah.” It’s all lip service. They just are inflexible for a small town bank.
The bank does not allow ATM deposits. That's extremely inconvenient for customers that work over weekends.
Closed down my account after it being empty for 3 days. Said because it didn't have at least .01. Banks are not supposed to close down an account after only 3 days of inactivity. No automated notice or warning. Customer service was also insincere and uncaring. Worst bank experience Ive ever ever had. No actual good features with this bank to ever be worth it anyway.
I bank with another institution and tried to use this branch's ATM to get some cash. Their machine ate my card without ever giving me the opportunity to enter my PIN, and they initially basically told me there was nothing they could do. I wasn't okay with them just keeping my debit card, so I pushed back and insisted that I get it back. I showed 3 forms of ID and then had to spend time on the phone with my financial institution to give them "permission" to return my card to it's rightful owner for an error their equipment ca... read more
