I been with first national since Metro bank. They are easy to work with. Mimi helped us get our 1st home loan. It was a smooth process and we have no regrets!!
This is by far thee worst bank EVER!!!! App is trash DON'T show EVERYTHING. Online banking is so hard to log in cause they ask for debit card # when you DON'T have one yet and they KNOW you DON'T have one yet. 0 stars!!!!! And it took 6 days to make a transfer SMH
The atm outside takes your money and then you have to wait through a claim issue. Most of the people working there aren’t nice. Hours are terrible. I miss Metro. That is who I opened my account with. Was charged a fee incorrectly. I’m still waiting over a week after reporting it. There has to be much better options out there.
