Great service, nice manager. I have been going there for decades. I tried other banks, but no one beats time honored FNB.
Poor customer service and total lack of prioritizing the customer.
The mortgage management of this bank is very less transparent. The customer service sucks, wait time of 45-60 minutes. Regular banking from bank locations are good. The online banking via web and mobile app sucks. No option of mortgage statements online. They send paper copies if you don’t save them you are left with no copies. There is no other perks of having account with this bank, credit unions are way better.
