Have had many problems with this bank, and currently I'm switching banks. I don't recommend starting a account or doing any banking of any kind.
I could not be happier with this bank, especially the one in Brookfield. They provide wonderful service.
I called a week ago to request an updated ATM card and was told that i could not-way too early- the card would be coming-still do not have the card-called today and was told they would request one but that it would take two weeks to arrive which will be after my current card expires- very poor customer service
This place shouldn't have an 🏧 since they can't seem to keep enough money supplied in it.
John got my checking account set up fast and was really nice. I totally recommend.
