I have moved over a year ago to find out. They never changed my mailing address after two attempts prior now my debit card expires & does not work because they mailed my replacement to the wrong address. Your bank tellers need To pay attention instead of shooting the breeze and On your phones
I have never had a problem with this institution in 12 yesrs
The entire team at FNB, Wyomissing has been wonderful to work with for years. Thank you for everyone's help.
Worst customer service I have ever experienced!!!! I went thru the drive thru to get cash out (70$ for a yard sale) . Two other cars on the next lane that came after me were taken care of before I even got served! After waiting 15 damn mins! Just don’t bank here!!!!
