I have moved over a year ago to find out. They never changed my mailing address after two attempts prior now my debit card expires & does not work because they mailed my replacement to the wrong address. Your bank tellers need To pay attention instead of shooting the breeze and On your phones

Worst customer service I have ever experienced!!!! I went thru the drive thru to get cash out (70$ for a yard sale) . Two other cars on the next lane that came after me were taken care of before I even got served! After waiting 15 damn mins! Just don’t bank here!!!!
I have had a few complicated transactions involving my accounts and Inez took care of them easily, when no one else seemed to understand the problems. She is a great asset to the Wyomissing branch!
