This bank is outdated and TERRIBLE!!!! They literally take your money and charge unnecessary fees! Take your money to a credit union.
Horrible Bank. Do not Bank. They overdraft your account and make up dates it posted. I hope they shut down every First National Bank of PA. And don’t say you don’t have me in your system. Because I do have screenshots in record of you making up these dates from the person that you did this to. And I’m writing this review for them shame on you First National you will be reported.
I've never seen such a backwater bank in all my 77 years. This bank is the first pick on Google Maps. If this is the best bank you have to work with in Sharon, I would move.
I needed to dispute a charge and the first time I went in, this young guy said he cant because there were only two people working when there were literally zero customers there. Then I go back today and again, zero customers. They told me the same thing that they couldnt help me but proceeded to ask a lady in a cubicle to do it and she got so annoyed and I watched the entire thing. The assistant manager opened an account in my name, along with another person, without my presence or informing me about the type of account. She then allowed the account to be closed without my knowledge. Her actions were highly unethical and likely unlawful. This was an incredibly distressing experience, made worse by the branch’s unprofessional response when I raised my concerns.
