The assistant manager opened an account in my name, along with another person, without my presence or informing me about the type of account. She then allowed the account to be closed without my knowledge. Her actions were highly unethical and likely unlawful. This was an incredibly distressing experience, made worse by the branch’s unprofessional response when I raised my concerns. Dan brinker my Frist time talking with him on the phone was not a pleasant experience, I got literally hung up on and than they never called back and lied about hanging up on me, this bank went into my account with out notifying me and withdrawaled funds during a busy holiday season to pay off my planet fitness personal issue debt on a savings account, which is fine but didn't notify me , so I called down nicely in the beginning explaining I never had that happen before and wanted documents at least but that it was okay and ... read more
