I've banked with them since the age of 17. Love this bank.
Customer support is terrible when you call in --average hold times of 20 minutes or more and unhelpful when reached.

The branch manager, Kevin is always polite and presents himself with the utmost level of professionalism. The staff is always amiable and always greet their customers.
My experience at First National Bank I had to go through drive-thru to cash my check, the bank teller was very helpful an friendly.
