Nick Tomaso once again went above and beyond to help our family - if you have a problem go see him - he will help you and if he can't he can get all the right parties involved. I had recently made very large wired transfers which the bank received and posted into the wrong accounts. I had tried to address the issue myself by talking directly to customer service and I was not going anywhere.
