Horrible customer service. This teller names Nicole had no idea what she was doing. Customer service skills was very poor. She looked like I owed her tons of money with bitter face. She needs greet customers with a smile.

Excellent service, convenient location. Despite sharing floor space with a cafe, the environment was not at all crowded or rushed. The ATM is super accessible. The building has beautiful original old wood pillars. The service is very quick and the staff are knowledgable.
It so easy there and everyone is really nice! I'm happy with the bank and this branch especially!
