The tellers never ask what I plan to do with my money they typically just deposit the cash and say thank you without greeting. It feels unprofessional, I would also recommend checking your card before pulling off because I have gotten another persons card in previous deposits, which feels not secure.
Terrible customer service, and the app is not nearly as good as other banks. Would not recommend banking here. Plenty of other options. I'm currently looking for a new bank and will be closing my accounts asap.
