Making deposit and getting money order takes 26-30 minutes. And I was looking the other lady was sitting on amazon. It's not fair. I asked some deposit slips, the lady gave me one so I asked could you give me more please and she gave me just one more.
Worst customer service out of all the banks I’ve used! Tellers are disrespectful and lie to your face. The manager Matt doesn’t seem to care either.
Needed to order checks and am staying home most of the time, so I called and it was handled instantly. I have always had good service and a smile when I have gone in to this bank.
