Branch staff in Hillsborough are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The bank is clean and welcoming. First National Bank took over this branch of Cardinal Bank, which was previously Yadkin Valley Bank. The staff has remained through all these changes and tries hard to please. For this long time customer, the continuity and personal service is positive and keeps me coming back. I have not done any complicated business so can't comment on a reviewer who had trouble closing a real estate deal.
Buyer and seller beware! We as sellers have been dealing with our clients bank (First National Bank) where Nolan is their bank lender consultant. We have been trying to get this home closed for 3 1/2 months now. We had a bidding war on this new home after just three days on the market, so the home is highly desirable.
