I've been trying to get a new debit card for several months now from staff at this branch, and can't seem to get an answer on why it's taking so long. Staff also seems dismissive of the issue.

I have been with this local branch for over 7 years now and have worked directly with Rick and Pam during this duration. Owning a business, I have been able to rely on them both for many needs and random requests. Branch staff in Hillsborough are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The bank is clean and welcoming. First National Bank took over this branch of Cardinal Bank, which was previously Yadkin Valley Bank. The staff has remained through all these changes and tries hard to please. For this long time customer, the continuity and personal service is positive and keeps me coming back. I have not done any complicated business so can't comment on a reviewer who had trouble closing a real estate deal.
