As a small local business owner navigating the PPP process they have been amazing! Super helpful and friendly, and easy to communicate with. We've been banking at another huge bank (not naming names) for years and our experience there through these tough times was terrible. Rude staff and manager. This is the only branch that I’ve had issues with. Told my employee that my signature is not on file (it is), I have their systems print out showing it is. When I called the employee insisted that it was not in their system (which it is) Called to check the account and discuss my issues with manager, call was dropped, I called right back and the employee told me she had stepped out???
