This office and this bank as a whole is a complete and utter disgrace. From rude and slow employees like Susan Stahl, to useless managers like Christine Griffith and Daniel Hooper. They truly do not care about the customers that are loyal to them and continue to come to them for their everyday banking needs. Can someone explain to me why it is ok that the busiest office of First National Bank in the Johnstown area does not have a manager that attends work on a Daily, weekly, or even monthly basis? I have been calling to make an appointment and, if someone even picks up, the excuse I get is that she is working from home?!?! Is this the covid era? Im calling east hills ( scalp ) someone keeps picking up the phone but hanging back up. How the hell am I supposed to call if they won't even take my call??
Everyone I've ever had there was rude. Terrible customer service. At least pretend you like your job.
