I have had account with the bank for at least 10 years. I went to this branch to deposit some checks from my wedding to leave on my honeymoon tomorrow. I had to repeat two times that this a deposit transaction and not a withdrawal. She then proceeds to say she can’t deposit them because they have my new husbands name in addition to mine. I asked her if I call him and he gives consent to deposit them and she said no, that in order to use them they have to finger print, ID, can fill out forms with both of us present or a joint... read more
