4.2 stars? Boy do I feel slighted! I moved back to California and left an account open with some money securing the account. A few month ago I received a form letter stating my account was dorment. I called the number on the form and spoke with a manager "Josh" I asked him not to close the account that I would send a large deposit. I asked if he would handle the transaction for me. Went up the drive through today and got funds I needed plus coins for a tenner, all in a short second, with courtesy. My checking account also has that transaction reward feature which is awesome. Been a member since college days, yeah eons ago
I'm very disappointed in their credit card customer service. I was overbilled $1000 and they would not investigate (contact the vendor) in NYC because they did not give me a receipt. They also locked my card, after I paid it off, when I was in Connecticut because they "thought it was fraud" so I was stranded there with no money.
ANNUALLY either my card gets shut off for fraudulent purchases THAT I MADE, or they don't actually mark purchases that are fraudulent! then when i call to get it sorted out they turn on the wrong card! they tell me recurring payments will still go through! they lie! otherwise i wouldnt be on the phone w yall for the 4th time in 2 days bc my payments didnt go through and i cant do anything about it!!! and then they enlist rude a** interrupting b*tches to cut me off mid phone call and jump the gun to end my call when i ask for... read more
