Don’t plan on going in to get your questions about your account answered. The young man at the teller line had no clue what he was doing. He avoided my question until someone came in who could try and help. This women also didn’t know how to help. A few unanswered calls and I was told to come back a different day. I believe it has been over 10 days since I was told I would be receiving my debit card. I need some cash and have NO way of getting it. I am very disappointed in the banks service and they are not helpful whatsoever. I wouldn't recommend First ,National Bank to my worst enemy!
Skye and Riley were the two tellers working and they helped me figure out how to deposit checks for a friend. Thanks for being kind and understanding as I don’t typically have to do this. Would recommend this bank to anyone who asks my opinion of them. Thanks again
Wonderful people. Even in a “national change shortage” they are still willing to help out a non-account holder get change. I was turned down at 4 other locations before this one had the true customer service to help me.
