I purposefully drive out to Moon Twp. to this branch due to the friendly staff and efficient service in the drive thru. The branch in Robinson needs some improvement in this area.

wish i could give this location a zero star review. always some sort of trouble when i go and the lady with dark hair is working. its always something when i try to make payments at this location. today, i went and she didnt understand i wanted to do half cash, half card. so after waiting 15 mins for her to do it. she came back to the window and told me it wont work so i had to go all the way to the aliquippa location (which is always the best service) and have them do it, which may i add, took them not even 3 minutes. stay ... read more
I've been waiting behind a single car in the drive thru for 10 minutes.
If you ever need to make a deposit here be sure to count your money 10 times over. I always come here to make deposits & the two blonde ladies are always very sweet. However a different lady with dark hair took care of me this past week. I counted my money before going in so I knew exactly how much I had. This women very lazily counted my money & tried shorting me $1,000! Are you kidding me?! I had to grab the money and count it right infront of her. This women needs to be fired. So unacceptable
