Working with Sandeep was a very pleasant experience. He seemed genuinely happy to be at work; welcoming myself and all other guests who entered the bank with a smile. He was engaged with each client he dealt with and was empathetic as he helped me through some paperwork that was confusing me. Sandeep absolutely gives 5 star service. The lady who sits at the front door should take notes from him on being more customer oriented. She should be willing to assist customers and her coworkers with a smile at the very least. Been with this branch and pretty much the same people since they were FLEET, B.O.A, and FNB! They are very friendly and have always been helpful. years ago when I needed to use their currency exchange service, Sandeep was right on top of it - checking progress, and called me as soon as the package arrived as he was aware that it was time critical for my flight plans.
