Friendly people. Not a friendly consumer bank anymore. I have been with bank more than 30 years. No flexibility anymore. No management power. Said I may have to move my banking to a competitor that may care.
These idiots blocked my account. I couldn't even buy tickets back. I was planning on shopping abroad. I couldn't even pay for the hotel. They are just idiots. I call them, they say 4 days, we deeply regret it... They are complete idiots.
Do not come to this bank if you’re trying to cash a personal check. This bank is horrible, they wouldn’t cash a check from their bank, I’ve never heard of a bank, not cashing a personal check addressed to you and not even letting you open an account To cash said addressed check. My sister breeds expensive dogs and someone sent her a personal check as a deposit and the manager wouldn’t let her cash the check, instead of just saying that she kept questioning my sister and her boyfriend and had them come in the bank while the dogs were in the car just so she could yell at them and treat them li... read more
