3 people working, only 2 customers. Manager and teller refused to cash a payroll check written by a Business account with their bank. AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS
Friendly people. Not a friendly consumer bank anymore. I have been with bank more than 30 years. No flexibility anymore. No management power. Said I may have to move my banking to a competitor that may care.
These idiots blocked my account. I couldn't even buy tickets back. I was planning on shopping abroad. I couldn't even pay for the hotel. They are just idiots. I call them, they say 4 days, we deeply regret it... They are complete idiots.
Do not come to this bank if you’re trying to cash a personal check. Listen to me and don’t come to this bank in general if you’re expecting good customer service, I can only speak for my experience, but I hope To save somebody some trouble so they don’t have to experience the same thing I had to go through, I Breed dogs And I had somebody send me a personal check as a deposit to hold one of my Puppies, When I tried to go to the bank to cash it out, I was met with The most rude staff I have ever dealt with at any bank, It’s n... read more
