I opened my account on the 9th and so far I'm already having issues with this bank. First, before I set up my account I was calling around for banks that do temp cards and I was told this bank does. I go in to open an account and confirming with someone that they did, and after I opened the account they said it would be 5-7 business days. I then reached out on day 8 with possible info on the card since I had money sitting in there I was not able to use and they were nice and said it would be 7-10 days.
