Alicia a bank teller at this branch is amazing. I was very frustrated with First National Bank but Alicia went out of her way to assist me. Gave me her business card and did a follow up call. She was very patient and emotionally intelligent (she could tell I was annoyed, not at her but the situation). Overall I left happy with the interaction.
Just left out of this bank getting an account established. The employee that assisted me just seemed too flirtatious. At first it was just business finding out about my EIN number, getting my business name in the bank’s system and that type of info. All of a sudden she started asking personal info about where I’m from and part of town I am working from in reference to proximity to this branch. Okay that one wasn’t that bad. I love this bank. I recently joined. Ashley Melott was so kind, helpful, and professional. Five stars for her customer service and professionalism.
It was better before the merger. Now it has changed a lot. I'm with a new bank now.
What a terrible customer service. Just came to open an account and the Teller told me that the person has to leave today and she can not help me opening account. So I have to come tomorrow.
