Always the best customer service at FNB!
Maggie Renuart is such a joy to work with. She was my main point of contact for my home loan and was incredibly helpful, responsive and knowledgeable. 10/10!
FNB in general is bad for business. Bad customer service, old ancient technology still being used and employees aren’t the friendliest. Just bad banking experience overall. Grabbed my cash and closed this account ASAP #TheWorstBankingExperience. I whether take my business to Bank of America or Wells Fargo and these are last option banks.
After moving from Durham to Burlington I have found the bank on Church St. to be the same good bank I have been used to in Durham. They are courteous, sharp, and I plan to bank with them another five years.
This bank has always been so nice to us. Always have had great experiences with FNB.
