When you got a loan and a business account they are great but when the don't pick up a loan and all you got is business checking it goes to shit because you need and ID. They don't provide one also to me so why should I show mine just to cash a check when al they would have to do is punch my name in the computer.

It is ironic that First National Bank has my father's bank when they and their predecessors stole most of my father's money with crooked Wealth Management Accounts and crooked lawyers.

This bank needs to know that their poor customer service policy of not giving change for a $20 bill, or change of any kind, to a non customer, is rude, arrogant, insulting and pointless. Horrible customer service. The only consolation is that the teller apologized for this absurdity. That is the only reason for even one star. Also, another bank down the street was shocked at this policy as well. An experience like this ensures that My family and I will never return to this bank for any future banking needs.
