Best bank personnel EVER! This group of people have always gone above and beyond to be helpful. They will be sorely missed! I cannot IMAGINE why FNBO would ever close this particular branch. This branch serves so many people in so many ways. Quite a disappointment!

Always friendly and helpful
I don't have an account with this bank but have used them a few times for other matters. I really like the friendly quick service I'm really considering moving my accounts over to them. Not pleased at all with my current bank.
Literally the worst customer service ever. The people in this bank think that because it's a small town and they know everyone they can do whatever they want. They gave out account info to my husbands parents on an account that had only my name on it, and it is a struggle any time we go in there to get anything done. I love banking with first national but avoid the one in kersey at all cost.
