I closed my account here today. Have not had a good experience when I needed help. Manager is super rude. The chick who waited on me a month ago - rude. So that was the end of FNB for me. It’s unfortunate because the dark-haired female who is a teller and always sits to the far left is super pleasant and helpful. She’s great. Too bad they all aren’t like her. Manager and staff friendly,and bank is reasonable on fees ,but AI ,fraud detection is the worst,it flags every thing it shut my card off when I was getting gas, wth
Not sure what takes them so long but I swear I sit forever simply making a deposit. No one else is in line. This tends to be across all the first nationals I’ve used but this one is just as bad.
