They will not cash a check drawn on their own bank written by a reputable business computer generated proper ID bc I don't have an account and bc it's over $800 it was $1000 two forms of ID business less than a mile away Smart ass employees need schooled on customer service I need a new bank bc I have a lot of income being generated n they could have had multiple new accounts by this experience I don't suggest any subject themselves to the insults or demeaning disrespectful people that work there
I can't say enough good things about this FNB branch. Deb and her crew due an amazing job even with the challenge of being understaffed.
People up and manager are great there AI consumer service,( get humans to do this;)on the debit card drives me crazy, they're fraud detection is always shutting off card because I purchased things over sea , this computer fraud detection is more hassle then its worst, but the staff is great mostly always fix the problem
I would give 0 stars after the way I was treated by I think who was the manager and let me say this i get that places have policy's but if I'm coming to take my money out don't assume the worst just cause a person has sunglasses on cause I never felt more profiled than what happened to me in this branch today and I will never even think about stepping foot in this bank ever again....
I woke up today with the worst news ever as I'm nowhere near a branch location being that I work in Philly and by the time I get off work I do not have time to go over to a location and fix my issue I called the branch in distress as debbie try to calm me down and helped me with everything I needed she is a life saver and the true definition of GREAT customer service, she is the main reason why I am still a FNB member! please recognize her for her amazing work they don't make them like her anymore! She's truly an angel
