I trusted them with my livelihood and future, and when I needed support the most, they failed me. I applied for credit and did everything they asked—submitted all my financial documents, trucking info, everything they requested. I am deeply disappointed with the service provided by First National Mortgage and its team. From the outset, the experience was fraught with issues, including constant delays and a lack of transparency in communication. However, the most disturbing aspect was the behavior of President Mark Goodwin. His comments were not only unprofessional but appalling, showing a complete disregard for basic courtesy and respect.
