Everyone is very nice and helpful
Work with this bank for couple of years now, friendly service and always helpful with anything I need for my personal accounts and my churches account as well.
Went here to do a simple payoff of loan and title transaction. Needed bill of sale just stamped. The notary (a REAL KAREN) was just outlandish and ignorant. She stated she couldn't stamp anything unless it's signed. We signed & she then refused because "she didn't want to" I told her it's literally her job. So she refused to do her job. Typical privileged american.
Great customer service from everyone at this branch location.
They seem to hold my checks longer than any other bank I've had in the world with direct deposit even though they are released to the bank waaay sooner. Just being an honest veteran...look at today. The 1st and still no direct deposit! WRONG! It's 5am on the first and if I had an emergency I'd be screwed. The government gave them my check a week ago...I verified through their support call line. This is My point....every month it's not a holiday I don't receive my payment on time!
