Avoid this bank at all costs. Trying to close an account can take weeks
Wait times at the teller drop and out of order ATMs are probably the worst issues face to face with the branches. My larger issue is the customer service reps you call into. Back story: they randomly sent me a new debit on 9/15. Called in asking why since I have a whole year left on the old card. They proceed to tell me my account has been disabled since June, odd since I'm still using it 3 months later and even worse that I'm just hearing about it now.
