Staff is rude. They will have a full blown conversation and ignore their customers. Tried being extra today just to see if 1 staff would actually acknowledge me. Nope. I got dirty looks. They also gave out my husband's S.S. # and other personal information. Without my husband's approval or even being there. Sketchy.
Terrible service on many occasions. I will be looking for a new bank.
All staff very friendly & helpful. Would highly recommend!
And the bank is effectively closed. The balance the accounts 30 minutes before closing. So no banking can happen after that. Makes doing your banking difficult of you work for a living.
