0/10 do not recommend Bank of Ann Arbor Whitmore Lake. The branch manager BARB is the coldest person I’ve ever met in my life. I had lost my ID and debit card and was told I had to wait until I got the replacement ID two weeks later to be able to access my funds and order a new debit card. I was also told if I brought in a ton of proof of who I am, my address and that the account was mine, she would work with me to at least make a withdrawal to cover bills. Why is your atm ALWAYS out of service. Literally if I get here before 9:15 am your just out of luck. How is bank of ann arbor a functioning bank?! Terrible service all around.
Nothing but horrible experiences since they switched over to bank of Ann Arbor. No one to contact after banking hours, if there's an issue with your account. The app is constantly having errors. Definitely looking in to a new bank
I have not been to the Whitmore Lake location since this experience. I want to say that it was a few months ago, I had an older woman assisting with getting a new debit card. She asked for my driver's license, and I laughed and told her that I hated my new photograph. She responded with "No one likes their driver's license picture." I told her that I was happy with my previous picture and thought that it looked good. She then proceeds to look at my old driver's license picture and say "Ehh, it's okay."
