Don’t come in here with brown skin a jersey or jewelry they might put a hold on your check never felt so racially profiled in my life not saying all first national bank are this way but the way they treat you in Mechanicburg branch very unprofessional I have a book on why they made me feel the way I do!!
Both Mechanicsburg pa bank staff is very rude and they have one to the bad customers services. Long Wait time. Lack of training and knowledge about the product they offered. I wait there 1 hours when I asked the product they offered the manager did not have knowledge they said we asked from the other bank again they said come next time.
