I just went into this branch after I was in there Saturday to follow up on a check that was supposed to be cleared on a Monday. I tried to explain explaining this to some light skin guy with headphones on Wouldn’t let me speak as I was speaking, he would speak with me, therefore made it like we were yelling at each other in the Bank then told me I could wait for his manager or his manager would be back in an hour very disrespectful did not help me at all. Never heard of a bank that can't cash a check that is drawn off them... what a joke... I would never want to open a account there with that kind of policy
