I had a very bad experience with this bank. The App constantly tells me it does not recognize my information. The customer service are very rude. If you deposit a check on Friday evening, they say it is cleared on Monday. You go to the App on Monday and they tell you it won't clear until midnight or the next day. I plan to close my account. This bank does not give you 2 days early to get your SS check deposited or your pay check 2 days early.
Worst bank ever,you can't even move your own money neither order a debit card
If I could give a negative rating, I would. Useless hours, terrible service, and an ATM that works as frequently as McDonald's ice cream machine
Don't ever make an account with FNB. They charged me $12 every 3 days of inactivity to maintain my account. They made me pay $75 to close my account and made me spend hours of my time taking care of the account I didn't even want.
