Bad business
Terrible. Save your time by not opening an account here because you will have to close it. Banks don't communicate... told one thing at Harrisburg office, another at the Linglestown office. Said there would be a hold on funds because "they don't know me", although I have been with them 10 years. Then they said, "it's their system" claiming they don't know how their system will respond with holds. Very poor and horrible customer service!I paid off my car loan and asked for paper work.I opened CD with them and ask for printed document or clear info about the maturity date or amount- was treated very rudely and told they had to " take care of next customer".They don't care about customers once they have your money.Avoid this bank.Very unprofessional
I’m finally done with this bank!!! Worst ever. The drive thru said closed which I don’t understand but anyway, I take all of my kids into the bank and there’s not one single customer inside. I ask them why the drive thru is not open. They told me they were understaffed. As I’m there , someone comes through the drive thru and he does his banking. I look at the guy and said, what is going on here , and he looked at me like I had 3 heads. Many other issues but this did it.
