While the management and staff are pleasant, they are forced to work with a corporate structure in Hermitage, PA, 250 miles away. That’s not local banking. After banking there for 34 years, and having paid off a Home Equity Loan, their loan structure required that we reapply again, go through the entire process and then wait 3 weeks! Bad business
Terrible. Save your time by not opening an account here because you will have to close it. Banks don't communicate... told one thing at Harrisburg office, another at the Linglestown office. Said there would be a hold on funds because "they don't know me", although I have been with them 10 years. Then they said, "it's their system" claiming they don't know how their system will respond with holds. Then they said they could have a manager overwrite the hold, but of course there is no manager working in Linglestown. Don't give ... read more
