I’m finally done with this bank!!! Worst ever. The drive thru said closed which I don’t understand but anyway, I take all of my kids into the bank and there’s not one single customer inside. I ask them why the drive thru is not open. They told me they were understaffed. As I’m there , someone comes through the drive thru and he does his banking. I look at the guy and said, what is going on here , and he looked at me like I had 3 heads. Many other issues but this did it.
I have been with this bank since I was 16 years old. I am going on 33 and I have to say management is rude, and very unprofessional. When your sitting with the manager and the assistant manager gives you the third degree and the manager just sits there and lets him downgrade you and talk down on you and does nothing is beyond me. I will take my hard earned money elsewhere. This bank has changed so much, obviously the ratings prove it all.
I give this bank 5 stars because of the Assistant Branch Manager Aditya Raj , he is very professional when it comes to my banking needs he listens to very carefully, answers all my questions and makes sure I’m satisfied in what I’m getting done at the bank. He always greets and welcomes us at the bank always accepts walk ins anytime thanks for your excellent service.
I received a refund check from a local business drawn off of this bank… They wanted $10 to cash the check to get my refund money, what the heck is going on with that that’s almost as bad as M & T Bank with their percentage plus a fee. And then to top it off when I asked if it would be free to cash if I opened a checking account the guy says yeah but we were just wanna make sure that you’re not gonna open up an account just to cash the check. Went in on Saturday. Tellers were friendly and welcoming Branch "manager" was less than friendly and wasn't even cordial after i opened a new account. Gone are the days or Commerce or Metro customer service. I guess i asked too much of him. Not even a thanks or have a nice day. Great Job tellers, boo to the officer on duty!
