As of August 27, 2021, this Boalsburg branch of FNB is closing. Customers are being referred to the FNB branch at Hills Plaza Office, 1811 South Atherton Street, State College. The outside ATM will remain open "...for a period of time" after closure of the inside operations.
I was charged for their paper statements for many months after setting up my online account and expressly stating I didn't want them but they continued to charge me for this service but never sent me any paper statements. Then I moved but kept my bank. They continued to charge me for this service that I was not receiving. It's a small charge so I didn't catch it until I had to double check that a payment actually went through and spotted it. It was a bank. Friendly people.
Everyone has been so helpful and friendly, from setting up our accounts (we miss Rik!) to our drive thru deposits. Also have treats for your dog if he is with you :)
Always understaffed. New manager every year. Slow service all the time no matter where you go, drive through or at the desk. Instead of remodeling the interior they should have added a staff member. Extremely disappointing.
