Fast & effective, great staff
I can't speak to how it is to bank here over a long period as I only just started banking here but two recent experiences drive this review: 1. We were interested in some lending products and Maria the branch manager (who also happens to be a loan originator) was able to help us with the correct product at a great rate. Members 1st lost business on that transaction; their lending products are not as competitive as they once were. I highly recommend this bank and branch for personal and business banking. The branch manager, Maria, is extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. Maria is a true professional who is excellent to work with and she is very proactive to ensure all the details of each transaction is correct. I also found FNB to be super competitive on its offerings and service when comparing to other local financial institutions.
