The worst place to do your banking. Seriously, the absolute worst business I have every dealt with. Incompetent, rude, and terrible customer service across the board (branch manger, loan officer, compliance offer). They are committed to making your experience terrible and treating you like dirt.
I've had nothing but positive experiences with personal and business banking at this location. The app is one of the better banking apps I've used, and their website experience is also great. The folks at the counter are always helpful and friendly, and their business team is among my favorite to deal with, always working to find solutions for our needs if they can. Plus, they always have a treat waiting for our doggo :) Thanks for a rare positive banking experience!
Absolutely no customer service!! Pulled up in the drive thru to make a deposit and get change for $100 giving them a list of what change I wanted. After I waiting for 6 minutes I hit the button to call someone. A few seconds later the tube came out with just a receipt in it. I hit the call button again and an older lady came on to say that she gave me the wrong tube.
