Insane fees and go out of their way to charge them. Worst bank I have ever used. I also overheard the assistant bank manager make disparaging remarks about me to the other tellers. I guess he didn't realize I was the one at the teller near him. Unprofessional.
Stefan is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We are in the process of leaving another bank and moving all of our accounts to them.
Terrible investment advice frim incompetent staff.
Customer Service Nightmare, super high bank fees, low interest rates. I have been a long time customer, and the company closed my branch and moved me to this branch. They forced me out of my safety deposit box and couldn't help me get another. The manager is unprofessional and rude. He was not helpful or nice, and didn't seem to want to help me out. They NEVER answer the phone or return your calls, and if you call the customer service 800 number, you're stuck on hold for forever, and they hang up on you. I just closed my acc... read more
I don’t know if Erins a new manager but she’s really rude NOT A NICE EXPERIENCE ... usually everyone is nice I don’t think she got the message
