Tact is a virtue, and it's pretty obvious that the staff here lack it. Today I was in line at 7Brew and watched a bank staff member make an absolute buffoon of himself over the 7Brew line. To his credit, the line may have been in the way of the bank. However, I couldn't help but laugh as he barged into an employees only area of 7Brew to throw a childish temper tantrum. Im sure had he simply asked, the situation could have been remedied. However, common decency was not a thing today and hot-head decided to create a spectacle.
Visited the bank to have titling on an account changed over. Stefan the Assistant Branch Manager was super helpful and we were in and out in no time. Thanks Stefan!

I’m visiting my husband who is in a hospital in another state. I tried to pay for my guest tray and it was rejected three times. So I called the bank, Stefan answered and we got everything straightened out in about five minutes.! Have had previous excellent experiences with Stefan,!so I wasn’t surprised at all.
