I’m visiting my husband who is in a hospital in another state. I tried to pay for my guest tray and it was rejected three times. So I called the bank, Stefan answered and we got everything straightened out in about five minutes.! Have had previous excellent experiences with Stefan,!so I wasn’t surprised at all.
Insane fees and go out of their way to charge them. Worst bank I have ever used. I also overheard the assistant bank manager make disparaging remarks about me to the other tellers. I guess he didn't realize I was the one at the teller near him. Unprofessional.
Stefan is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We are in the process of leaving another bank and moving all of our accounts to them.
