Denied a HELOC because their underwriter made a mistake. They said I didn’t have 2 years of Schedule C’s but I clearly did. The banker working with me on it even agreed with me and said it was an error on their end. They wouldn’t re-review it or anything even though it was their mistake. Just basically told me tough luck.
Consistent professional service from the Clarks Summit branch. Even when they are busy, I get 100% of their attention when it's my turn with a bank representative.
Unprofessional and rude. We were told a check could be signed over to an account holder to be cashed. The check was from a different bank and they said that was fine there just needed to be enough money in the account to cover said check. There was enough money so the young lady went to cash it..then a man approaches us stating theres no way to cash it because it's not from FNB and he refuses.
