FNB assisted me in getting my truck, as in they gave me a loan. All went well, and I eventually paid it off. The short story is I never received the title. The bank claims it was not its fault, Penn DOT claims the bank never released it correctly. Both claim that maybe it was lost in the mail. In short, now I have to pay more money to get a title I never received. Customer service at the bank has been less than helpful. Thinking I will find a different lender to fund my next purchase.

try to get a commerical mortgage for a apt building in Scranton, I have great credit ,income, the rental from the property was cash flow excellent, First National Bank turned me down , they waste your time with getting your documents , after 4 weeks they turn down my application, stay clear of Ruth , she has no clue what she is doing , horrible process, she does not know how look at documents
