I've had nothing but good experiences with this location. Conversely, the Bartle family, who routinely leaves negative reviews with almost every establishment they visit, has extended the same endearing courtesy to this well-managed organization. Something tells me the problem is more with the individual rating the business than with the company itself. :)

Disability and age discrimination. An elderly disabled relative went in to cash a pay check written on this bank (by a business client) for caregiver services. FNB bank refused to cash her check because she isn't a customer. She doesn't have a bank account to deposit it in easily accessible and was told to go to the bank it was written on by two other banks and FNB refused but was very malicious and discriminatory, so she cannot get paid for her hard work. I've updated my 2020 review below with new info from 2023. I came into the branch for the first time in literally three years this week. I opened the door, and was met by two non-smiling tellers, who looked up, but didn't greet me. Instead they seemed disappointed that they had customer. I told one of them the reason I was there. Without any enthusiasm she answered in a few syllables that I couldn't understand. She actually had a look on her face as if she was smelling something unpleasant.
