As far as first national goes this location is not the worst however it is a location that I will not be returning except as a last resort. There is no reason cashing a check should take over 30mins, I understand it's for fraud and such however I show up the same day every week depositing a check from the same company and still the decide to call my boss and take an exorbitant amount of time to finish up, not to mention there was not even a teller at the desk I had to walk around and look for one
Tried to wire funds to another account and the bank illegally held the funds with no regulatory reason. First National Bank is committing bank fraud and you should be VERY worried about their strong arm tactics and illegal practices. Holding small business funds hostage to stop from moving to a different bank is a violation of the Federal Reserve.
Avoid Gary Gertler. Runs a scam with undisclosed contractor. Makes promises, and doesn’t deliver, ruining your credit during the process.
